We shall only use the data which you make available to us to process your enquiries at Herlitz. After this process has been completed your personal details will be deleted. We shall neither sell your details to third parties nor market them in any other way.

The final consumer can be forwarded to a trade partner (= e-shop of the trader). It is guaranteed that IP addresses are saved only anonymously while being forwarded. Besides the anonymised IP address, no further personal data of people are saved.
We neither ask for any personal data from children or youth, nor forward this to any third party. We point out that persons below 18 years of age may not forward or transfer data online without parental approval.

Obligation to data secrecy and protection of telecommunication confidentiality
All staff of Herlitz AG who come into contact with personal data have been carefully selected and obligated to §5 German Data Protection Act (secrecy). Furthermore, we likewise subject employees to maintenance of telecommunications secrecy in accordance with § 88 Telecommunications Act, as long as the employee takes part in the delivery of business-related telecommunications services as part of his/ her work.
