Help

Despite the fact that the catalogue is very easy to use, you may want to read the following information.

1. Assistance with item search

All items are categorised in a coherent hierarchy system (item main group, item sub-group, etc.).

You have two method for finding individual items:

  • The left area of the catalogue window displays the hierarchy-structured table of contents.
  • You can simply click on the names there to display the article groups that below to this area.
  • If a red triangle is placed before a name, this is an individual article about which you can call up specific product info incl. a photo.
  • In the top section of the catalogue window is the content navigation, displaying what you have viewed during the current search.

Example:

Navigate in the left area from one item group to the next, e.g. Overview -> Files and ring binders -> Files and select the file you require.
By clicking on "Files and ring binders" in the upper navigation, you will again return to the next hierarchy level upwards.

1.2. Search by using item number, keyword or EAN

  • When searching for items you can enter the item number, a keyword or the EAN code.
  • To do so, click on the Search button in the lower navigation bar. Enter the item number, keyword or EAN code.
  • You do not have to observe upper and lower case at this point.
  • Tip: You can expand the search facility by using a % symbol.
