If you do not exactly know what you need for doing handicrafts you may get your inspirations from “my creativity” and "my style" sets by Herlitz. Here everybody can find something for imitating and for self designing.
Paint something -
for instance a card with all your heart!
You select a thick cardboard in your favourite colour. Fold the sheet once, thus you will have a card. You may colour the front page as you like: with hearts, small flowers, small stars and many other things. The card will be even nicer if you do not only use coloured pencils but also felt pens, wax crayons or stickers. Designing with brush and colour is also allowed.
Give away your heart - affectionately designed with crepe paper!
In preparation please cut white, red, yellow and orange crepe squares. Screw them up with your fingers. Now you have small beads. Please take a thick sheet of paper, which you once again fold in the middle. With a pencil you draw hearts and small flowers on the front side. The glue the red beads on the hearts. The flowers you may design as you want. Wherever there are no beads at the end there you put white beads.

For our card with hearts you sketch a big heart with your pencil on the red foam rubber. Then you cut it out and glue it on your card. Then you draw smaller hearts on your orange foam rubber. You cut them too and glue them around your big heart. You may further design your card just the way you like it.
Now the card is ready! And you can write down greetings.
