On May 25, 2011, Mr Matthias Werner, Germany, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on Herlitz AG, Berlin, Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 23, 2011 and on that day amounted to 3.01% (this corresponds to 328,323 Voting Rights).
