Pelikan International Corporation Berhad, Puchong, Malaysia, has informed us on April, 09, 2010 in accordance with sect 21 para 1 WpHG that its proportion of voting rights in Herlitz AG has exceeded the thresholds of 3 %, 5 %, 10 %, 15 %, 20 %, 25 %, 30 % and 50 % on April, 09, 2010 and to this day amounts to 65.99 % (number of voting rights: 7,198,498).
