The Supervisory Board advices the Management Board in management decisions and supervises their management with regard to law, company articles and internal rules of procedure. They are tightly working together with the Management Board for the company’s good and are involved in fundamental decisions.

According to §§ 1 paragraph 1 No. 1 and 4 paragraph 1 of the One-Third Participation Act the Supervisory Board of the Herlitz AG is composed of one-third of employees’ representatives and two thirds of shareholders’ representatives.
