The German Corporate Governance Code contains substantial legal regulations as well as international standards of responsible management und supervision of companies listed on the stock exchange.

The Code contains a set of additional recommendations regarding shareholders’ meeting, Management Board, Supervisory Board,  co-operation between Management Board and Supervisory Board, transparency as well as financial statement and annual audit.Corporate governance and corporate culture of the Herlitz group correspond to the legal regulations and – with only a few exceptions - the additional recommendations of the German Corporate Governance Code.
